Second Life
I wish that I could have went to the librarian dance party at Toby's for Second Life, but I only have dial-up on my computer at home right now, so I wasn't able to go. I can see that if you found a good group of people to "Hang Out" with in second life, it would be fun, but so far my experiences with it haven't been totally positive. Overall, though I have really loved this class. I am sad that it is over, and that I have no excuse to go look at my blog anymore! Maybe one of these days, we will get something going for our library. Until then!

Second life is a little overwhelming I think. I met Lauren for the dance party, but nobody else showed up. I think the dial up issue is a common problem. It is more fun to go with someone else who knows a little. We did meet up with a bunch of librarians, who were of course, very helpful, so it was fun. Hope you get to continue using some of the 2.0 tools.
